Hi, we had a problem related to an on line loss of a file. We can’t find it and we wonder whether if there is a way to recover it. Any idea? Thanks
What version of SketchUp are you actually using? Your profile says “Free Plan” 2022. Is that a cracked version of SketchUp?
SketchUp for Schools is a web based version for young school children. Is that what you are using?
Where online were you saving the file?
We use scholar version. We were downloading copies into the downloading folder
What “scholar version”? There is nothing specifically called that. Show the About SketchUp page so we can see what you are talking about.
SketchUp for Schools would not be version 2022 now.

From the on line app. Download directly to the downloading folder of the laptop
So you are a school child downloading using the current version of SketchUp for Schools. The files would normally be saved to a Google Drive or other location as set up by the school staff person who is managing the system.
Where are you looking for the files you can’t find?
