That’s native Follow Me tool - which means you can use in in the Web version and iPad version as well.
If you don’t know what Follow Me is I suggest you spend some time at the Campus to learn the fundamentals.

3D Warehouseから類似のモデルをダウンロードして研究されてみてはいかがでしょうか？
ご本人に断り頂いておらず、みません。全くの他力本願です。
私見ですが、「ayihcust」さんは、日本建築、社寺建築のをとても上手にモデリングされていると思います。
多くの日本の建物を3D Warehouseアップロードされています。
「尚美館」そのものはありませんが、「屋根の形状」＝「入母屋」は幾つかあります。
又
「ayihcust」さんHP？にSkechUpでの「入母屋」のモデリング手順も解説されております。
参考になるかもしれません。
