trying… but it keeps showing processing… and its stuck there. will wait incase it will finish upload
@ateliernab is there any other way i can send you the file?
trust me, i have waited 2hrs but
is still processing the upload. That is not normal
Are you sure the .skp file is on 10 Mb?
Upload it to Drop Box and share the link.
yes. actually it is 9,984 KB
i hope this attachment will be of help
Looks like your file is about one third zeroes. Where have you been saving the file as you worked on it?
Can you find the .skb backup copy of the file? Maybe renaming it to .skp you’ll be able to open it.
tried renaming the backup file. but when i open it says unsupported formart
What did you rename it to?
renamed it from .skb to .skp and it changed the icon into a skp file. but coudnt open
You can try sharing it but my guess is it’s also corrupted.
Again, where were you saving the file while working on it?
it was being saved on my secondary disc D.
i save all my work and files on D
if its corrupted, what else can i do
le let me share the .skb that i changed
Is that an internal drive?
Start over on the model.
Since you are using SketchUp 2022 you must have a current subscription. That means you have unlimited file storage on Trimble Connect. In addition to save the files to your internal drive, publish it to Trimble Connect periodically so you can create an additional backup in case you need it.
internal drive. and this has happened to this file alone. all other files are just fine
That’s good.
Howdy All, Transom here, I do not know what OP is, anyone know? Just opened pthalodezin’s model in my SketchUp for web and it works fine. It is a swimming pool with lounge chairs. Was able to move components and turn tags on and off. I always save my models to at least two flash drives and email them to myself. And lately I have been saving them to my Trimble SketchUp for web. Hope this helps. All the best, Steve I can send a link if it will help.
