Hello, I recently purchased Shop to complete a layout but it will not open on my Apple Laptop now and says the “team is aware of the problem”… for four days now. Any suggestions?
Can you take a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing? That would help us troubleshoot the problem with you.
Thanks, but too late. I got so fed up I returned the Shop order and bought Pro. However – I had hours of work in Shop and it looks like it wasn’t saved. Any help in retrieving the latest file?
