I’ve been working on a model in trial version and now just bought sketchup pro. I can’t open the file I’ve been working on and have no idea how to fix it. Any suggestions? I tried uploading it to 3d warehouse and that didn’t do anything for me.
What happens when you try opening it? Any error messages?
The program starts “not responding” so I can’t get very far.
Does it happen with all files or just specific files?
Just specifically that file.
When did it start happening? Did anything change at the same time, like any plugins being installed or the file having grown in size?
I opened it in the trial version. Installed the sketch up pro app that I purchased last night and now I can’t open the file.
are you syncing your Documents and Desktop folders in iCloud…
