Hi. Im new in SketchUp.
I have done installation SketchUp Pro 2020 in my Laptop (HP 240 G6). Before i install SketchUp, i am Install SketchUp 2020 Checkup and it say my laptop can running SketchUp. After instalation, i open sketchup and this happen.
Can anyone tell me how i can fix the problem? Thank you in advance
This isn’t unusual with integrated graphics cards such as the one you indicate in your profile. You can try going to Window>Preferences>OpenGL and changing the state of the tick box for Use Fast Feedback and see if that helps. You should also go to the Intel site and download their latest drivers for your graphics card and install them.
When you installed SketchUp did you right click on the downloaded installer and choose Run as administrator?
When I installed SketchUp, I “right clicked” and choose Run as administrator.
