What version of SketchUp are you REALLY using? You put SketchUp for Schools 2024 in your forum profile. There is no such version. Are you actually using the web-based SketchUp for Schools?
Surely you know if you are using a Mac or Windows computer.
You possibly added a badly designed item from the 3D Warehouse, geo-located or otherwise with astronomical coordinates. You could try identifying and deleting it from the Outliner window (if your version of SketchUp has it). Or, as Dave says, share the model.
Mac computers have a large lighted Apple logo on top. Windows computers don’t, or have some other logo.
