My Fredo6 JointPushPull Extensions not showing up in my toolbar

I have downloaded Fredo6 JointPushPull <I already have Lib Fredo6, Round Corner, FredoScale> it not showing up in my tools bar but I can see it in Extension manager. I restart the program and try to un and reinstall but still not working, Please help
