MY COMPONENT HAS A PROBLEM WITH MOVING - WHEN I NEED TO MOVE IT IT MOVES TO ANOTHER POINT. and when I checked the axis its free not have any fixed number.

Your profile says you are using SketchUp Free (web). If that’s true you can’t make Dynamic Components or use them fully.
There is no need for all caps. That is considered yelling.

you do not need to reference the global axis from the children, each child position is based on the insert point of its parent being the new axis position as [0,0,0]
