I refreshed my free web version of sketch up today after the page wasn’t loading. It then took me to the home page, where all of my models have disappeared !!! These models are extremely important and I don’t even want to think about the amount of hours I have spent trying to finish these models for my uni project. My project hand in is due very soon. I really hope someone can help me retrieve these files because I don’t have time to start all over again
The home page only shows recent models, and something may have happened to clear that out. Click on Trimble Connect at the left of the home page, and see if you have your projects. Go into the projects to see your files.
