About a year ago I used the free web version of Sketchup to create a number of models over the course of several weeks and on different computers and those models were stored in Trimble Connect. About a month or so ago I logged in and everything I had done was gone. All my models were just gone as if it were a brand new account. Can someone help me find them or at least let me know if there is a reason they disappered?
There is currently one model in my account that I’ve added since then.
