Modelling advice

I’m not that good at modelling and can’t seem to find a tutorial for this exact model, I have the file and I’m trying to replicate how to model this concave shelf inside the wall.

Any help would be appreciated, ultimately I would like to find the most efficient way in modelling this. Thanks!!
