Was on vacation for two weeks and came back and now my sketchup model is doing this. Can someone help?

Looks like a graphics card issue. What graphics card in your computer? Did it get an update with an automatic Windows update? You might go to the Graphics manufacturer’s site and get their latest drivers and install them.
