Mobile orbiting in Safari or Chrome

Dear developer team!

Tried to open and orbit 3d warehouse models on iPad (Safari and Chrome, iOS - everything is up-to-date) and unfortunately, it was not possible. I just want to figure out for myself:

  • is it a temporary problem which will be solved soon?
  • or I shouldn’t wait and hope that our customers download Sketchup Viewer App?

Your getting only an image representation on those browsers. We’ve not opened up the WebGL viewer to them because of rendering issues. There is a SketchUp mobile model viewer on the App Store and Play Store. As an employee, we can’t comment about future features.
