We have been able to use Sketchup for Schools for some time using our Microsoft accounts.
Recently, users haven’t been able to sign in. We are getting an error saying that the app wasn’t found in the directory.
I have deleted the enterprise app from Entra in an attempt for the authentication window to pop up again but it hasn’t. Could we please have some advice?
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I’ll look into this right away and see if I can figure out what is causing the issue and try and get a fix for you as soon as possible.
I am less familiar with our Microsoft version of the login process so please bear with me as it may take a little while for me to get a solid answer for you.
