Windows store app wont sign in O365 users

Hi,

Im having issues letting students at our school login to the windows store app. They can login with their O365 logins to the web version of sketchup for schools but not the windows store app.
I have spoken with microsoft and they have suggested that you might need to whitelist our domain.

Any suggestions on how?
