Microsoft Print to PDF: fields are empty (already tried mchandler solution)

Hello,

When Printing with Microsoft Print to PDF, the fields are all empty.

We have tried the solution by mchandler [SketchUp Team Member] that is here:

But the fields in Microsoft Print to PDF continue all empty and only with Microsoft Print to PDF. All other Print options are fine.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
