Method of creating curved from large to small on a curved path?

i am trying to create a curved element on a curved path but i want it to be large on one end and small on the other. I tried using the follow me tool however it keeps the width the same size the whole travel. Is there a method to accomplish this?

One method (Fredo Scale, Shape Bender)

  • with QuadFace Tools and Split Tools

  • with Fredo Curviloft

  • with True Bend

thank you for the reply i dont think i was exactly clear what i want to do is push/pull from large to small but i need the profile to change not keep the same size.

Using the first method, instead of that edge, you can use an ellipse.

Instead of pushing an edge, you push an ellipse.
