If I make a wall length, can I lock it so if I make any other lengths it will do to scale off master length?
Perhaps you could make an illustration of what you are trying to do.

I think you are thinking of some common features in BIM softwares.
Although there are some extensions regarding the feature you describe, there isn’t really a way to set “wall height”.
However, you can scale or push-pull easily other walls to match what you have drawn previously.
As @DaveR said, some illustration would help our guess works.
