Im very new to sketch up and was using it earlier, browsing the different materials categories and dragging them onto my model. I came back later in the day to continue working and none of the materials in the side bar are loading. Closing and reopening the tray doesn’t help, neither does reloading the page, project, or logging in and out of google. I can only see the materials currently in my project, and the search tab gets stuck on a loading animation. Please help!

A couple of my students had this today. No Idea what is going on and couldn’t resolve it.
@RSTek Are you still seeing this issue? Our team is looking into this, and it would help to know if you were able to regain access eventually after restarting SketchUp for Schools.
This is an issue for my students on their Chromebooks. Is there a fix for this?
