My model was grouped by several solid groups, but I decided to make the whole model a single solid group. I removed all the faces in between when I exploded everything and it seemed like I removed all of them, when I went on to check with Solid Inspector it gave me the message ‘‘1 Surface Borders’’, but it doesn’t show where it is. Only that surface (which I cannot find) separates the group to become a solid.
Switch the Face Style to Xray so you can see through the model and click on the gray bar in Solid Inspector to make it highlight the edge that it is detecting.
