If you don’t care about the fine details, you can get a simple elbow like this (assuming you know the correct dimensions for the path and profile):

Great example, I was looking for specs and apparently the center line radius is 3.25 inches.
A lot depends on what shape you really want to make.
Here’s a quick rough version of a 90 with the flange.
