Generally you need to make sure the model window is shaped to match the aspect ratio of the paper and use Zoom Extents to file the model window with the model. Then, as long as it fits within the margins setup by the printer, it should print on one page.

So the first thing you missed is setting the camera to Parallel Projection. You can tell it’s set to Perspective because the blue axis is visible at the bottom.

After setting the camera to Parallel Projection, you need to adjust the window to approximate the aspect ratio of the paper. Are you expecting to print the outer rectangle or is that supposed to represent the paper?

Assuming the latter…
Drag the SketchUp Window so the window’s aspect ratio is close to that of the paper and use Zoom Extents to fill the window with the model.

If you have to do this very often, then like I told the OP, you really would find LayOut useful as it would save you time. It’s easier to set up for full size printing and if you need patterns that are larger than your paper, you can create a PDF file you can send to a local office supply store for printin…
