Mac OS "Authentication Token" Error Becoming More Common

Hi All,

The team here at JP is having trouble with the Mac OS version of SketchUp. The User Authentication Token Error is becoming an almost daily occurrence for them. Anyone have any tips on how to fix this? It’s pretty frustrating when we’re throttled on file saving or active windows when this is our main design software.
