M&S Agreement still active but unable to license SketchUp 2021

My M&S agreement is active until 12/15/2020 and I am unable to get an authorization code emailed to me for SketchUp 2021.

Although the serial number shows a change in License Manager, clicking on email me an authorization code does not generate the email.

Are you sure you filled in the right email address?
If you enter it in the sign in part of the welcome screen , you should be able to trial, first.

The email finally arrived after about an hour or so.
