Why can’t I install (or have work properly) the Lumion extension on my computer? I have a 2020 MacBook with the M1 chip. If you need more info I can give it to you.

Lumion 12 requires a Windows operating system, using Windows 10 version 1809 or newer, or Windows 11 version 21H2 or newer.
I guess the answer is that your MacBook isn’t running Windows 10 or Windows 11.
