Is my laptop compatible with VRay, Photoshop, Lumion?

Hi,
I need some advice. I’ve done so much research on Google, SketchUp Community but haven’t found specific answers for my case.

1. Can someone please advise if my laptop is compatible with VRay, Photoshop, Lumion?
   This is my technical specs: MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) - Technical Specifications

macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7

Processor: 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5

Memory: 4GB

2. If my laptop is not compatible, then should I consider another option for rendering? If yes, then what would be the alternative?

3. Which is an affordable option for rendering? Buying VRay, Photoshop, Lumion, or just another laptop??

Any advice you can provide would be great!

Lumion is PC only. For V-Ray, check out the minimum specs required to ensure your machine can process everything.
