My project stop responding so I refreshed the page. Sketch up logged me out and when I signed back in my project was gone. I don’t have any other sign ins or accounts with Trimble. I NEED HELP.
If this was an existing project that you had previously worked on, try the Trimble Connect option on the left of the Home Screen. See if you can find the project in there.
If it was a new model, it should still appear in the home screen.
The home screen shows recent projects. It is possible that if the server side had been updated, or if your browser cache was cleared for some reason, there would be nothing showing there. The model should still be in Trimble Connect.
