Lost my model yesterday while trying to adjust a Flextool door. It seemed as if it zoomed out really far. All I see is 1 orange axis line, nothing else. Tried messing with the camera view, nothing.
Have you tried “Shift Z” to zoom back? or you might need to post you model for further help.
Share the .skp file so we can see if we can help you fix it.
I was able to fix it easily enough with Zoom Extents. I also purged all the unused stuff you are hoarding.
You should fix the incorrect tag usage.
And there seems to be an awful lot of weird stray geomety that should be cleaned up.
You are the man! Thank you kind sir!
Your model was saved upside down. The blue axis should be pointing up.
I was able to see your model by doing this:
1 - Open the Outliner;
2 - Right click on a component (I choose the first one in the list) to open a contextual menu;
3 - Choose Zoom on selection in the contextual menu.
The safest way to use components from the 3D Warehouse is to load these in a separate SketchUp file to see if they need adjustments like, scaling, positioning, etc.
Once convinced that they are OK, you can then import them in your main model.
