Lost access

So when I try to open a file I get a pop up that says the following:
Alert —You can continue to use Sketchup, but you will not be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file. Have know idea what’s going on.
Please HELP!

I expect you just need to sign in to SketchUp again. That is required every 28 days.

Thank you Dave. Ive been using SketchUp for years but have only recently upgraded from a very old version that never required this, so… Still at a loss as to where I even need to go to sign in again tho. Any pointers?

The sign in thing is required as part of the subscription license. The old versions didn’t have that type of license. Open a new session of SketchUp. The welcome screen should prompt you to sign in. Or go to timbleconnect.com, click the Sign In button in the upper right corner and fill in your e-mail address and password. When you get signed in you should see a message indicating you’re signed in and you should be able to open SketchUp.

You can manage your subscription at myaccount.trimble.com
Sign in with the email address that you used to convert your classic license.
