When I try to open an existing file it says: This device is not authorized. Please sign in again. You can continue to use sketchup, but you will not be able to start a new file or open an existing file.
Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2020. If that’s correct and you’ve kept your subscription up to date, sign in to your account again and all should be fine. If your subscription has lapsed, you’ll need to reinstate it first.
