This device is not authorized

When I try to open a file I get: this device is not authorized. Please sign in again to continue. You will not be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file.
My licese is up to date and I can manage it in tremble. I’m using 19.3.252.

How do you open the files? Inside SketchUp?
Or by double clicking?

If you go to the Application folder in Finder, do you see a folder of SketchUp 2019?

In the AMP (account management portal) you can try To deauthorize your devices (left side My products, View included apps, and then ‘Manage Devices’ in the SketchUp Pro Apps
