Lost access to Trimble Connect - help!

I’ve just lost access to TC although internet access is fine. Can’t see an obvious way to reconnect. Could anyone walk me through that? Would it be as easy as closing the app on the iPad fully and restarting?

I have had TC become unavailable as on option for files on the ipad. A full restart has solved it in the past.
