Not able to open files from the web

My projects does not open. They are all “Loading” but does not open.

I have the same problem and noticed it is related to Trimble Connect: https://status.connect.trimble.com/

I can’t access any projects on the iPad app or via the website. Seems Trimble EU is down, how long until it’s back up? Really delaying my work right now.

no info on this, nothing more than on Ed’s link, a fix is being implemented.

it is the downside of using web-based (or cloud based) tools and storage solutions I’m afraid. You’re at the mercy of a server crash.

It’s a partial outage, so not everyone will be impacted and not all the time.

they have several servers (I assume) with redundancies.
