Looking for Freelance people to do 3D semi-photorealistic renderings

I am actively seeking experienced 3D architectural visualizers to create high-detail renderings for a quick-service restaurant company. My in-house team urgently needs assistance to handle our current heavy workload.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating detailed 3D renderings
  • Proven experience with commercial building projects
  • Ability to produce top-quality renderings for design assessment
  • Mastery of Trimble SketchUp and rendering engines such as Enscape or Lumion; other software will also be considered
  • Mandatory submission of source files upon project completion
  • Quick turnaround time (approximately two weeks per project)
  • Work to be performed in-house with no third-party outsourcing
  • Strict adherence to NDAs and copyright protections

Ideal Skills:

  • Strong architectural design understanding
  • Impeccable attention to detail, particularly in understanding lighting and materials for photorealistic renderings for both exterior and interior projects in diverse environments
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, with a preference for Trimble Sketchup
  • Ability to create highly realistic renderings, preferably using Lumion or Enscape
  • Demonstrated efficient work ethic with the ability to make design updates promptly
