Action Ring is also available for MX Master 3 (perhaps for other Logitech mouse too).
You can assign keyboard shortcut to any icon, therefore any command you can assign a shortcut in SU, can be added to Action Ring.
I do not use it because a keyboard shortcut is faster 
, and I did not find any plugin for SU yet or other way (like in 3DxWare) to configure (although I haven’t spent much time with it yet).
