Locomotive ČKD type T478.1 scale 1:25 (3D printed)

Hello,
look what project I’ve done in December 2020. The model of locomotive was drafted in Sketchup Pro 2020 from scratch. The 3D model was printed on FDM 3D printers (Prusa i3 MK2, MK3, MK3S).
The lomocomitve is from 1960s and it’s one of the most iconic locomotive in Czech railway history. These machines is one of them which replaced steam engines on railway.
I’m posting photo of the real model and also images from the Sketchup. At the end there is photography of the real machine from railway museum.

Excellent job modeling such a complicated subject! The locomotive’s bogies (two-axle trucks) are especially nice.

Thank you, I was looking for blueprints of the locomotive and details and I found original ČKD maintenance manual. :slight_smile:
