Try this to start with.
Close all Sketchup and layout if you have any running.
Find the installation .exe or download a fresh version if you don’t have it. Select it then right click it and choose Run as Administrator (this is not running sketchup as an admin, nor is it the same as being signed in as an admin), follow the prompts and when asked choose Repair. Once done reboot your computer and see if you still get the load errors.
