I have a perpetual license of Sketchup Pro 2017 and I bought a new PC, I would like to move the license to the new PC but it does not work.
Technical support tells me that this version is out of maintenance.
Is it possible to do something ?

You don’t have an answer, because they are probably on vacation… : )
You have to insist that you can benefit from your perpetual license. It is not legally admissible that one can invoke maintenance reasons to prevent the use of a perpetual license.

what doesn’t work exactly ?
the old classic licences had a limited number of activations, meaning that you had to de-authorise an older machine to activate a new one.
did you ? or do you still have access to your old machine ?
@colin can probably tell you if you have seats available, or even maybe a more recent vintage.

On the old PC, When I click on “remove license”, I am redirected to a web page with the error “the requested page could not be found” and the same way when I want to add the license on the new PC, I am redirected to the same web page.
If I understood correctly, it’s a problem with the license server for older versions
