Layout to DWG - Issues with pattern fill

I am exporting Layout to DWG.
What I want is to see the pattern fills created in Layout on the paper views on CAD. Is this possible?
Whether I check or uncheck the “Ignore fills” box, I always end up with all of my shapes from Layout being filled in, even if they were not filled in Layout.

Any advice?

The fills are raster images. Will your CAD program display those?
