My apologies, I meant that I have run the full update for Sketchup and Layout 2020. I am crashing in Layout, exactly as Daniel is. It isn’t different at all. I can’t get to a Welcome Screen or get to Help. Layout is crashing as soon as I double click on the icon.
Again, I can’t get to the Layout 2020 Welcome Screen, Help. I can’t open directly from a file. I can’t open a file from the Welcome Screen. I can’t open a file from File>Open
Siobhan’s case appears to be a known issue in 2020.2, where if a SKP file is missing it can lead to a crash. It should be fixable by opening the file in 2020.1 and relinking the missing files, but I tested that on one example, and it didn’t seem to work.
Main thing is that it’s a known issue.
I am getting the same issue. Layout crashing on launch. How can I download 2020.1 to try and fix this?
If it is a known issue has it been addressed/fixed yet?
