I can not open my file and when it opens, as soon as I want to do
something…it just stop and shows: LayOut (Not Responding)

I’m assuming that SketchUp is behaving normally?
It’s possible that the file you’re trying to open has some SketchUp viewports that need to be re-rendered. This gets triggered when the file loads, which can take a long time. (We’re working on a better way to handle this situation).
Try this:
Start LayOut
Create a new blank document
In the “SketchUp Model” inspector, uncheck the box labeled “Auto” at the bottom of the dialog.
Close the blank document
Open your file
This has the effect of not automatically rendering viewports at load time. If your file loads successfully with “Auto” turned off, then your file is fine.
