Layout Labels not Pre Populating

I am having trouble getting Layout to pre populate labels. Label tool works in Sketchup, but when imported into layout labels are blank.

I have one model that works correctly, but I cannot find the difference between the two models.

Thanks for sending the file. The reason it is not pulling information is that for some reason, the label tool is not detecting the component. I was able to fix the problem by copy/pasting your layout assets into a new file.

When you started this LO file, did you start it by going to SketchUp’s File > “Send To Layout” feature or did you launch LayOut first and then started a new project?
Are you on a Mac or Windows?

I found out why you could not pull the model information.
OBJECT SNAP is OFF
If you turn it ON, LayOut will be able to snap to the model geometry and pull the information.
