LayOut Label -CallOut- Leader to Text Alignment

Would prefer to get the CallOut “Labels” DEFAULT with an alignment to the Vertical Center of the Text Block instead of lining up to the Top of the Text Paragraph. I understand that the Leader/Shoulder may be manually moved but it holds me back -productivity wise- because it forces me to resize the Text Box. Especially when editing,

Have you tried using scrapbooks?

Thanks for suggestion. Yes; I have my standard straight-line CallOut in the default ScrapBook.

With Productivity Again; using the “Label” out of the Scrapbook takes up additional Mouse Clicks than going directly to the ToolBar.
