Is there a comprehensive list that shows the keyboard shortcuts for Layout?
It would be helpful to know if things like Panning, Selecting, Moving etc have shortcuts.

I’ve never seen a list of keyboard shortcuts specific to LayOut. Some like the Select tool are the same as in SketchUp. zooming in and out and Panning across the page are normally done with the center mouse wheel/button. There is no discreet Move tool. You simple grab the entity you want to move and drag it on the page. No Rotate tool, either. Grab the rotation handle on the precision point gizmo and drag it. Hold Option while moving or rotating to make a copy.
You can look through Preferences>Shortcuts to see what shortcuts are assigned and add your own.
