Depuis plusieurs jours il est impossible d’ouvrir deux fichiers Layout en même temps… Avez vous une solution ?
Quand je tente d’ouvrir un second fichier une fenêtre pop up s’ouvre et me dit :
“La réponse au du serveur d’abonnement n’est pas valide
Vous pouvez continuer à utiliser LayOut, mais vous ne serez pas autorisé à créer un nouveau fichier ou à ouvrir un fichier existant.”
Le seul choix qui s’offre a moi et de cliquer sur la petite croix pour fermer la fenêtre ou d’appuyer sur le bouton ok.
For several days now it has not been possible to open two Layout files at the same time … Do you have a solution?
When I try to open a second file a pop up window opens and says:
"The response to the subscription server is not valid
You can continue to use LayOut, but you will not be allowed to create a new file or open an existing file.
The only choice available to me is to click on the little cross to close the window or to press the ok button.
Sign out of LayOut or SketchUp (under the Help menu) and then sign in again. This is required every 28 days.
