If it is an image, make sure to purge the file of it after deleting it from the pages.
If it’s the logo image file you kind of need to figure out why your computer doesn’t like it while your colleague’s computers don’t have any problem.
definitely spoke to soon, its still not exporting.
I tried removing all text and purging and still wont export.
I opened a new layout document with nothing on it and it wont even export that 
When you reinstalled SketchUp and LayOut did you right click on the downloaded installer and choose Run as administrator? If not or if you aren’t sure, do another cold reboot, then find the installer, right click, choose Run as administrator, and then choose Repair. Cold reboot after it completes and then try again.
It is having issues running as admin so i might have to wait until I’m in the office tomorrow see if it will work then.

Did you run the installer using Run as administrator or did you open LayOut using Run as administrator. DON’T do the latter.
Hmmm … I wonder if there’s something related to the location. Are you actually trying to export to a folder on an internal drive on your computer?
