LAYOUT: Edges disappear in vector and hybrid view, if edge shares an adjacent face that is is hidden

See the attached image showing edges disappearing in vector and hybrid mode.
Edges that are internal to a shape that are adjacent to faces that are hidden dissapear.
This happens regardless of whether the geometry is grouped or not.

Settings in the style such as ‘profiles’ in edges also have no effect (not that they should)

In your style panel>edit the hidden objects was ticked and not the hidden geometry.

I selected hidden geometry and updated the style and when I updated in Layout the lines showed but in raster and hybrid the shading for hidden geometry is displayed…
