That article includes a link to the 2020.1.1 installer. Is there a reason you would need 2020.1 instead?

I have a Layout file that just won’t open (Layout crashes), even recovered versions etc. I think I had last updated it in June before the 2020.2 update most likely? Either way, I’ve never had a problem with the file and now it won’t open, even recovered versions or the backup. Does that make sense?
I downloaded the 2020.1 Layout version and it worked fine (as you said). I cleaned out the missing reference, updated to 2020.2, and the same file still would not open. I’m just glad my other 2020.2 files seem to open in 2020.1, that would be a bigger mess. Just some feedback if it helps get it fixed.
Do we know if the 2021 release has solved this issue? To avoid having to roll back to an older installation in the future?

Are you still using SketchUp 2022? What operating system? Your answer of 2022 for the operating system doesn’t tell us anything. Share the LayOut file so we can see what you’ve got going on.
