Layout crash on opening certain files

I may have missed a couple of requests, so I made a topic to say more than I was telling people in a private message:

LayOut crashing when opening certain files

LayOut 2020.2 has a new issue that we are aware of and working on fixing, where it fails to cope with a document that is missing some of the linked elements in the document, and that leads to a crash. Previous versions were able to cope ok, which means that you may have been working on documents that had missing linked files without knowing about it. The problem is being worked on, and should be fixed in an upcoming update to LayOut. For the moment the only solution is to open the document in a…
